This was one of the first collaborations between DELLANA and myself. It was not of our design. It was made from a detailed drawing. It is 38 inches overall, made completely of silver and gold. All parts are hand-fabricated from sheet stock, fine silver, sterling silver, 14kt yellow gold, 18kt yellow gold, and 24kt yellow gold.
The entire sheath is made of sterling silver and 14kt gold with gold vermeil. It has 48 diamonds and 39 rubies. The blade is 440C stainless steel.
We carved the eagle pommel out of wax and had it cast out of fine silver. The eyes are citrine.
The handle is gold wrapped red leather.
